This industry leading firm are looking for a professional and personable Legal Assistant to work in a team to support one of their specialist teams. As the Legal Assistant you will be the first point of contact for a range of key administrative responsibilities that aid workflow and ultimately the client.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Assistant:

  • Support on a range of business administrative such as opening client files, diary management, being the first point of contact for clients
  • Drafting and formatting all correspondence (letters, contracts, forms etc)
  • Prepare financial transaction paperwork for partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous legal experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary or in a similar support role is essential
  • The Legal Assistant will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
  • Previous client (internal and external) facing support experience would be preferred

This is a permanent role and my client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
