Must Have’s:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce processes accurately

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially managing smaller teams overnight

• Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on duties

• Flexibility to work night shifts

Nice to Have’s:

• Experience in warehouse inventory management and order fulfilment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Knowledge of health and safety compliance in warehouse settings

So what will you be doing?

• Overseeing goods in and out, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper storage organisation

• Leading the picking, packing, and preparation of orders for dispatch with accurate labelling

• Supervising and supporting a team of warehouse operatives during night shifts

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

• Conducting routine checks on equipment and machinery

• Identifying and reporting areas for operational improvement

• Collaborating with production teams to support packaging, quality inspection, and other activities

• Promoting and enforcing health and safety regulations across the warehouse
