Our client, a recently rebranded UK principle contractor, seeka self starting, professionaland experienced M&EProject Manager to deliver large scaleM&E packagesfor major new Government framework builds. You will be an MEP project manager that has a demonstrable track record in successfully coordinating specialist trade contractors and various stakeholders.

The Role:

* Successful track record in delivering large scale M&E packages/schemes.

* Lead by example, communicating and galvanising the relevant teams and stakeholders.

* Look ahead programming - strong project planning and construction foresight.

* Toensure that the installation of MEP systems meets quality standards and complies with regulations.

* Commercially aware,ensuring the project stays on track and within financial limits.

* Safety conscious -maintaining safety on the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed according to safety protocols.
