Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £23,000/24,000 per annum .
Location: Cheltenham
Hours: 35 hours per week 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Thursday & 8:30am - 1:30 Friday

As our Branch Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries from the public and Clients, dealing with enquiries in a friendly and positive manner. You'll be responsible for Job Applicant screening and registrations, data inputting, social media, diary management and marketing of the vacancies we handle.
This is a busy and varied role, and the successful candidate will be a great communicator, personable, well organised and accurate. You will also have the ability to:
- Treat all information as confidential
- Prioritise and juggle time-sensitive tasks against other crucial work
- Use initiative in a pressured and fast-paced office
- Plan and organisational skills
- Use Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) effectively
- Manage Branch email and operate learn/use bespoke CRM systems
- Prepare for internal/external audits
- Post vacancies on job boards and social media sites and other marketing
- Assist with applicant shortlisting
- Maintain document systems, including filing
- Perform front-line Reception / meet and greet functions
- Liaise with internal and external customers and Clients
