Juice Recruitment are thrilled to be working in partnership with a market-leading brand, currently seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Store Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, a commercial mindset, and a keen eye for premium retail standards. You’ll support in all aspects of store operations while inspiring a high-performing team in a beautifully curated store environment.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Assist in managing and enhancing overall store performance, ensuring sales, KPIs, and profitability targets are achieved.
  • Support store leadership in developing and executing strategies to boost customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Act as a role model on the shop floor, delivering best-in-class service and mentoring the team to do the same.
  • Engage clients with warmth and professionalism—identifying needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of seasonal collections and core lines to communicate brand stories with confidence.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through personalised service, CRM tools, and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and head office to ensure seamless store operations and goal alignment.
  • Contribute valuable insights into customer trends and local market behaviour to help shape store initiatives.
  • Support in visual merchandising updates, ensuring displays are always aligned with brand standards and storytelling.
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, team scheduling, stock handling, and housekeeping.
