DAY TO DAY:
- Assist in managing and enhancing overall store performance, ensuring sales, KPIs, and profitability targets are achieved.
- Support store leadership in developing and executing strategies to boost customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, delivering best-in-class service and mentoring the team to do the same.
- Engage clients with warmth and professionalism—identifying needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain expert knowledge of seasonal collections and core lines to communicate brand stories with confidence.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalised service, CRM tools, and thoughtful follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and head office to ensure seamless store operations and goal alignment.
- Contribute valuable insights into customer trends and local market behaviour to help shape store initiatives.
- Support in visual merchandising updates, ensuring displays are always aligned with brand standards and storytelling.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, team scheduling, stock handling, and housekeeping.

- Competitive salary: £34,000-£38,000 per annum
