DAY TO DAY:

  • Drive all aspects of store performance, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and profitability metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Deliver a seamless, luxury shopping experience by approaching clients with warmth and professionalism, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored product solutions.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and ambitious store culture.
  • Develop expert knowledge of the brand’s product lines and communicate their value with confidence and clarity.
  • Identify and maximise opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and promote current campaigns and product launches.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including VIP clientele, to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Liaise regularly with head office to ensure local store strategy aligns with broader brand goals.
  • Share insights into customer behaviours and local market trends, identifying areas for innovation and improvement.
  • Oversee visual merchandising execution, ensuring displays reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic and seasonal themes.
  • Support daily store operations, including cleanliness, stock management, and team scheduling.
