Job Title: Administrator, £12.21 p/h, 20 hours per week initially and once settled in full time 37 hours p/w. Start times: Monday to Friday 1.30pm- 4.30pm
Job Role: We are looking for a professional administrator to join a national health-care training team based in central Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join the friendly team and work alongside the business support manager.
Job duties:
- Have proficient computer skills, especially in work and excel
- Be able to demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills
- To have strong interpersonal skills on the telephone with colleagues, clients and trainers
- Be able to listen, understand, learn and complete tasks precisely and accurately
- To answer all incoming calls
- To set up team/zoom links
- To be adaptable to all processes
- Good timekeeping and organisation skills
- Have a mature, sensible, can do and proactive attitude
