Description

  • Ensure all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome upon arrival.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately with a courteous manner.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the office team.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as needed.
  • Support with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Profile

A successful Part-Time Office Host should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar office-based or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
