The Staffing Manager will lead efforts in forecasting staffing requirements, analysing staffing costs, and implementing budget-friendly staffing strategies, thus contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in staffing management, with a strong understanding of budget optimisation and staffing cost analysis, along with excellent leadership skills to coordinate staffing resources effectively.
