Key Responsibilities for the Quality Manager:

  • Oversee internal audit schedules and conduct audits as required.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and cross-functional problem-solving.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, non-conformances, and quality metrics.
  • Manage supplier quality and support purchasing with assessments and approvals.
  • Promote a strong safety and continuous improvement culture.

To Quality for the Quality Manager Opportunity:

  • Minimum of 2 years as a Quality Manager.
  • ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualified.
  • Experience working in engineering environments.
  • Proven background with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to drive change and improvement initiatives.
