You will lead a small team in managing quality processes for a pioneering industry leader in regulated engineering environments.
The role requires effective man management skills and the ability to motivate staff to meet business standards.
Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in quality management positions and hold ISO 9001/14001 and internal audit qualifications.
Experience in a regulated engineering or manufacturing environment is essential, while IEC qualifications are desirable.

You will take charge of all quality related process across the business, leading a small team in a role which requires core quality principles, as well as key man management skills, for a pioneering industry leader within highly regulated engineering environments.

What will be expected of you?

Effective man management of a small team, encouraging and motivating staff to meet and exceed expected standards across the business.
The first point of contact for external auditors and all quality matters, working with different teams, including sales, engineering and production.

What are we Looking for?

2 years+ in a quality management positions
ISO 9001/14001 and internal audit qualifications
Regulated engineering or manufacturing environment experience
IEC (phone number removed) is desirable
