Overview of a Talent Acquisition CoordinatorAs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the People Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth, professional recruitment and onboarding experience for new starters, managers, and agency partners.

Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator• Coordinate onboarding activities from offer stage to first day, including contracts, background checks and right-to-work verification.• Organise and deliver weekly Day One induction sessions for new starters.• Manage equipment orders, ID setup, and liaise with managers regarding new starter assets.• Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition tracker and documentation accurately.• Support third-party agencies and manage internal recruitment approvals.• Assist in developing and improving recruitment processes to drive efficiency.

Key competencies of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator• Confident presenter with strong written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.• Experience within a HR or recruitment environment.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.• Positive, adaptable team player with a focus on continuous improvement.
