Job Overview
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join a well-established kitchen in Chesham. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine love for great food and team leadership.
What's on offer:
* Salary: £32,000 to £37,000
* 45-48 hours per week
* Live-in accommodation available
* Consistent start and finish: 8am to 10pm

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* A positive, reliable team player who leads by example
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety
