A Traditional Family Run Country pub set in the Chiltern Hills

We Pride ourselves on providing quality home cooked food in a relaxed environment alongside Camra accredited real ales, wines & a large selection of Spirits.

We Source our meat & Fish from local and independent Suppliers where Possible Including Goddens Butchers Chesham and Family run fish business Celtic fish & Game.

Full Time Employment: 40-48 hours spread over 5 days/ split shifts

Salary offered: £36,000 per annum plus Tronc, paid monthly

Accommodation

We Can Provide basic accommodation on a short term basis if needed.

The Candidate

For this role I am looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

We are a Small Kitchen Team That Have Been working together for the past 3 Years.

We are looking for the right person to slot into our system but also bring new ideas and show their strengths.

Ability to react to situations as they arise, keep calm and communicate in the right manner is a must.

All chefs have an input on new menus collectively.

Chefs to support the head chef and colleagues with ordering, maintaining high standards of hygiene within the kitchen and being proactive at all times.
