This is a full-time role ideal for a dedicated educator who is ready to lead Early Years provision and inspire a love of learning in young children.

About the Role:

  • Leading the Early Years Foundation Stage, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care
  • Teaching a Reception class, delivering a creative, engaging curriculum in line with EYFS framework
  • Monitoring and supporting pupils' progress through formative and summative assessment
  • Mentoring and supporting EYFS staff, helping to maintain consistency and excellence across the phase
  • Creating a warm, stimulating environment that fosters independence, curiosity, and development
  • Collaborating with SLT, staff, and parents to promote children’s wellbeing and readiness for KS1

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Be a nurturing, reflective practitioner with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Show strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire colleagues within the EYFS team
