Location: Based in Chessington Site with travel to Various Sites
Salary: 46,000 per annum
Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
On-Call: Participation in an on-call rota

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and repair plant and machinery to ensure service delivery.
  • Oversee work of contract and service engineers.
  • Perform weekly tests on sterilisers/washers in line with CfPP standards.
  • Report machine cycle changes to the National Maintenance Manager.
  • Ensure machinery is serviced before quarterly/annual validation.
  • Schedule yearly validation of plant equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Medical Devices Directive (MDD).
  • Maintain validation/calibration certifications for MDD registration.
  • Manage spare parts and tools inventory.
  • Carry out scheduled PPM maintenance and inspections.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and staff development.
  • Support the performance management system.
  • Travel to other sites as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Apprentice-trained engineer or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' engineering experience in Facilities or Manufacturing.
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification.
  • Full UK driving license (max 3 points).
