Technical Support Engineer - HVACR
(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration)
Location: Chessington, UK
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 basic

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for HVACR to join a forward-thinking team. This office-based role will see you supporting both customers and engineers on-site, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping the sales team deliver the best solutions to clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone with technical knowledge in HVACR or thermodynamics, who is organised, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of their work.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across HVACR products

  • Responding to customer technical enquiries and providing guidance

  • Supporting the sales team in identifying the best solutions for clients

  • Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams

  • Managing technical support processes and ensuring KPIs are met

  • Acting as a liaison between the UK market and headquarters

  • Using CRM and case management tools to track and resolve issues



What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Technical understanding or experience in HVACR applications or thermodynamics

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision

  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

  • Experience in a small team or office environment



What's on Offer

  • 35,000 - 40,000 basic salary
