Overview:My client is seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join their team as an Accounts Clerk. This role is crucial in assisting our Financial Controller, who joined them in April 2024. She is responsible for coding invoices, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and financial planning for the entire estate, so you would be supporting her with this directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coding invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.
  • Support financial planning activities for the estate.
  • Participate in various estate activities including running clay shoots, weddings, festivals, and other events.
  • Engage with suppliers, organise logistics, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and assist with school visits organized by the Trust, which invites 18 schools per year for educational days on the grounds for children to see potential opportunities for the future, meeting with police and their police horses, garden workers, developers etc.

Requirements:

  • Driver's license: Essential
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • This role is fully office-based.
  • Free parking is available on site.
