The RoleWe are currently supporting a fantastic client in Washington, Tyne and Wear with their search for an Accounting Technician.
  • Effectively manage financial transactions and key job-related tasks for the EU region, including month end support.
  • Ensure all routines are carried out efficiently, effectively, in line with key deadlines and best practice.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accounts receivable
  • Cash management
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Ad-Hoc job specific reporting to Group
The PersonEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • AAT Qualified
  • Familiar with financial and month end processes
  • Manufacturing experience desirable
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
OTHER REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritise workload
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
