The Hours
- Monday – Thursday, 07:00 am – 16:00 pm
- Friday – 7:00 am – 13:00 pm

- MTrec are currently recruiting for a highly successful manufacturing firm based in the Durham area.
The Jobs You’ll Do
- Following both basic engineering drawings
- MIG welding of mild steel products
- Following both basic engineering drawings
- Primarily working with pipe work rather than plate work
- Burning, chamfering, gouging, arc air gauging and plasma cutting
- Operation of a guillotine and pedestal drill
- Measuring and completing preparation work prior to starting the welding process
- Fabrication duties to be completed on both Carbon and Stainless steel products
- Aspects of lifting products
About You;
- Ideally should have followed engineering drawings
- Must be able to work both individually for long period of time after training, and in a team.
- Should be comfortable working on a day shift only role.
- Should be time served with certifications.
- Ideally should have served an apprenticeship, however candidates who have previous experience in welding would be considered
