- Produce monthly management accounts including margin reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Produce monthly commentary covering both the Profit and Loss Account and Balance sheet.
- Analyse financial performance and report on variances.
- Produce weekly cashflow
- Support budgeting and forecasting process
- Assume responsibility of accounting procedures – this will involve writing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the company’s performance using key data – this will involve setting up standard kpi’s
- Support the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger functions where necessary
- ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified.
- Exceptional skills in managing a heavy workload and conflicting demands, whilst consistently producing high-quality work to tight deadlines
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices
- Experience of cost accounting and reporting desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
