Youll be working with a talented, supportive brigade in a well-run kitchen that serves up to 100 covers a day. Every service is busy, but youll have the tools, the team, and the energy to make it great.

- Cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
- Jump across sections and keep service smooth
- Keep your station spotless and organised
- Work closely with the team to make every service run like clockwork
What were looking for
- Previous Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Commis ready for the next step
- Confidence in fresh food prep and service
- A team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
- Ideallyable to driveor have reliable transport due to location
