THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
- Develop and lead marketing plans and campaigns across different channels
- Set and manage the yearly marketing budget
- Ensure the brand looks and feels consistent everywhere
- Oversee social media content schedules and check for quality
- Plan and approve email and mail-out campaigns
- Manage and update the CRM system
- Work with external web agencies and manage the relationship
- Look for press opportunities and handle media coverage
- Organise and attend trade shows and events
- Oversee how customer feedback is collected and use the data to gain insights
MARKETING MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience with project management tools (Trello)
- Skilled in using CRM tools
- Marketing degree or similar qualification
