About the Role

Our client, a growing and respected name in the facilities management sector, is on the hunt for Helpdesk Maintenance Administrators to join their thriving property team. You'll play a vital role managing a network of contractors to deliver top-notch repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of client buildings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to client repair requests via phone and their system

  • Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance visits

  • Manage and communicate with contractors to ensure smooth job delivery

  • Troubleshoot maintenance issues alongside the technical team

  • Use the system to track, monitor, and manage work orders and workflows

Essential:

  • Experience on a fast-paced help desk or call centre

  • Natural problem solver with common sense and a calm, logical approach

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Confidence to build strong relationships with clients and contractors

  • Cool under pressure - you stay level-headed even on busy days

  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, plus willingness to work 1 Saturday in 6 and be on-call 1 week in 5

Desirable:

  • Experience in property, facilities, or healthcare maintenance

  • Familiarity with maintenance scheduling systems
