Responsibilities:

  • Understand and execute policies around order management and customer inquiries, ensuring compliance.
  • Receive and enter customer orders in the SAP system after thorough validation.
  • Inform customers about any quality issues, recalls, or product holds promptly.
  • Handle backorders and returns, managing approvals and customer communications.
  • Monitor open orders and resolve exceptions as they arise.
  • Archive order and delivery documents efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring accurate records in our call tracking tool.
  • Route inquiries to relevant departments to streamline operations.
  • Resolve routine complaints and disputes, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (speaking, writing, understanding).
  • French is a plus, especially if you bring SAP experience.
  • Previous experience with SAP preferred.
