My Client, a market leading Environmental Consultancy based in Chester is searching for an Associate to join their supportive team.

As a Hydraulic Modeller you are required to have a strong academic background and have vast technical experience working for a UK based Consultancy specialising in flood risk assessments, drainage and hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

You will have experience managing team members and managing projects.

It is also beneficial for applicants to reside in the local area as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis.

You will have the chance to develop and expand the flood risk team in Chester.. You will be required to manage projects, check and complete technical work and develop new business opportunities. varied projects are available spanning residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare and mixed use development projects for private and public sector clients.

You will have the chance to develop the team and complete varied technical work spanning;
-Hydraulic modelling and model build using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.
-Flood risk assessments, flood consequence assessments and nutrient neutrality assessments.
-Hydrological assessments.
-Natural flood management.
-Flood risk mapping and estimation.
-Support new team members and check technical flood risk and hydraulic modelling using Flood Modeller and Tuflow.

You will be required to work from the local office a few days a week.
