- Hybrid working - 2 days in the office
- 4 day working week

SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT ROLE:
As a Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical architecture of client solutions post-sale, leading discovery sessions, mapping systems and data flows, and ensuring designs are scalable, robust, and aligned with commercial goals.
You'll also contribute to pre-sales scoping for complex engagements, working closely with delivery and consulting teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and long-term success. This is a consultative, client-facing role - perfect for someone who excels at translating ambiguity into actionable technical plans.KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role
- Strong background in post-sale system design and integration architecture
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), ERP, or operational systems
- Expertise in data modelling, APIs, middleware orchestration, and integration governance
- Skilled in producing technical artefacts using Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially aware, delivery-conscious, and structured in approach
