THE ROLE

They’re on the lookout for an Operations Manager to take the lead in delivering exceptional temporary structure builds for a wide range of prestigious events. This is a hands-on position combining on-site leadership, logistics oversight, and direct client interaction, with responsibility for both the successful execution of projects and the teams behind them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking full ownership of projects from planning through to completion

  • Leading and motivating large on-site teams

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients on-site

  • Managing and coordinating complex logistics

  • Supporting physical builds where required

  • Enforcing health & safety compliance at all times

  • Regular travel to sites across the UK to oversee installations

  • Driving operational excellence across day-to-day project delivery

  • Identifying opportunities for client growth and new business

THE CANDIDATE

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of outdoor events and temporary infrastructure. Whether from an events, construction, or live production background, you’ll bring hands-on experience, operational confidence, and the ability to effectively lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Strong client-facing skills are essential.
