The successful Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the General Manager across all aspects of the operation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and a consistently excellent guest experience. With limited operating hours, this position offers the rare advantage of very few late nights, allowing you to enjoy your evenings as well as your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the pub
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver first-class service
- Maintain high standards of food, drink, and presentation quality
- Assist with stock control, staff training, and rota management
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales, community engagement, and customer loyalty

- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager within hospitality
