Our client, a leading global investment bank, is expanding its Global Liquidity Management (GLM) team and is recruiting for Financial Regulatory Reporting (FRR) Support roles based in their Chester office. These new positions have been created as part of a broader strategic investment in automating and enhancing financial regulatory reporting processes.

�? About the Team - Global Liquidity Management (GLM)

The GLM team is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of liquidity reporting across the organisation. With global operations, the Chester-based team of 18 is focused on regulatory requirements across the UK, Ireland, and wider EU.

GLM provides broad exposure to the bank's business activities and products in EMEA. The team works closely with:

  • Treasury Data Management

  • Line of Business Finance

  • Financial Controller teams

This cross-functional collaboration offers excellent opportunities to develop a deep understanding of financial operations and regulatory frameworks.

?? Key Responsibilities
  • Daily production and validation of liquidity metrics, including analysis of movements and investigation of anomalies.

  • Stakeholder engagement with internal colleagues and 2nd/3rd line of defense to streamline reporting and resolve issues.

  • Project involvement, particularly around the design, automation, and control enhancements of reporting processes.

  • Support continuous efficiency and technology improvements in collaboration with global teams.

?? Candidate Profile

We're looking for candidates who bring strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in regulatory or liquidity reporting is highly desirable.

? Essential Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reasoning abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and connect key data trends

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Technically adept, with a willingness to learn new systems and tools

  • Time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines

  • Comfortable working across multiple tasks and shifting priorities
