- Partnering with the HR Operations Partner to deliver effective HR support.
- Supporting and leading on complex ER matters, supporting ER team leaders and managers.
- Managing and improving absence performance and driving improvement plans.
- Reviewing and updating policies in line with employment law.
- Ensuring HR processes are compliant and effective.
- Building relationships and working collaboratively with trade union representatives.
- A proven HR professional with strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
- Confident and experience working with trade unions and senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in improving absence management and performance.
- Able to adapt quickly, work autonomously, and provide pragmatic HR solutions.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
