This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to develop their career within a supportive and evolving environment. The role will be varied and hands-on, covering all aspects of HR, with a particular focus on employee relations, supporting managers, and driving people initiatives that add real value to the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a wide range of HR matters.
  • Manage and support employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Support the delivery of HR policies, procedures, and best practice.
  • Work closely with the wider management team to promote engagement, learning, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role (or similar level) is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a hands-on approach.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or working towards is desirable.
