The Assistant Management Accountant will support the finance team with essential accounting tasks, including reporting and analysis, in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

Description
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with production of monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentary
- Cost analysis
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Analysis and reporting of production and overheads
- Work closely with non-finance stakeholders to deliver efficiencies
- As hoc reporting and analysis
Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant qualification or active study towards AAT or similar credentials.
- Experience in accounting or finance within the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and supporting team objectives.
