They are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to further capitalise on their explosive growth over the last few years. The ideal candidate will want ownership of an important part of the business and will have a passion to expand opportunities in line with aggressive growth plans. They are agile, focused and keen to gain further market share and the partnership manager is a key part of this growth strategy.

They are seeking a driven individual who is performance focused, who has had success overseeing strategic partnership opportunities, and wants a new challenge with the opportunity to expand the department into new areas with direct support of the senior leadership team.

The Role:

Were looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering commercial results. As our Partnerships Manager, youll play a key role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with affiliates, influencers, brands, and lead generation partners. Youll help shape and execute our partnership strategy to drive new user acquisition, increase brand reach, and unlock new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential affiliates, influencers, and brand partners.


  • Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with existing partners to maximise performance.


  • Explore and test new lead generation channels and partnership opportunities.


  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align partnership activity with business goals.


  • Track and report on partnership performance, ROI, and growth KPIs.


  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.


What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or business development.


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.


  • Ability to think creatively and identify new growth opportunities.


  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.


  • Experience in a digital, e-commerce, or tech-driven business is a plus but not essential
