Static Mechanical Engineer
Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for your next exciting opportunity? Randstad Construction & Property is collaborating with a prestigious FM company to find a talented Static Mechanical Engineer to join their team covering a site in Chester. Location: ChesterSalary: up to £44,000, 33 days holliday, On call pay, plenty of OT available, Pool vehicleEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Static, Shifts (Earlies & Lates) no nights or weekends

- Execute installations, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on commercial systems
- TMV maintenance

- Diagnose defects, prepare parts lists, and estimate repair timescales

- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with the field service team and support internal operational processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Level 3 in mechanical engineering / plumbing, Level 2 in AC & Refrigeration or similar
- Ideally Plumbing & AC experience
- Experience working in commercial settings
- Additional certifications like Catering, IPAF, PASMA, and OFTEC are advantageous but not required
