- Sales-driven individuals - confident in building relationships and securing high-value deals

- Hardworking & resilient - executive search is rewarding but requires dedication
- A background in sales, business development, or recruitment is beneficial (though not essential)
- Must be local to Chester as this is a full-time office-based role
The Role:
- Partnering with manufacturing & engineering firms to identify and place top executive talent
- Developing long-term client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
- Managing retained search assignments from initial briefing to final placement
- Sourcing, engaging, and interviewing high-calibre professionals
- Working towards sales targets and performance KPIs to drive business growth
