About the Role:
As the Customer Service, you'll be the first point of contact for valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is seamless from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Acting as the main liaison for client queries and requests
  • Monitoring contract renewals and leading contract negotiations
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new clients
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
