Position Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer the Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in developing our digital presence across a multi-brand portfolio. This position requires an ambitious and self driven individual, with fresh ideas. Likely a recent marketing graduate with a couple of years of hands-on experience who’s ready to step up, take the initiative, and shape our digital voice

Working closely with the CCO, our in-house creative team, and stakeholders across our brands, you’ll be responsible for; producing and managing content across digital channels’ enhancing our brands style. bringing consistency to our brand messaging & voice, helping to evolve and execute our digital marketing strategy to deliver increased website traffic, and contributing to delivering qualified inbound leads.

Responsibilities:

Content Production

  • Working with internal stakeholders, agree a calendar of subjects across our brands for content collateral production
  • Produce a variety of collateral types; white papers, thought leadership, blogs, customer stories, social bites etc
  • Become a reliable source consistent delivery of collateral, reducing the inconsistencies of individual team members producing own content
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, style, tone and voice at all times
  • Utilise efficiency tools and in-house subject expertise to enhance productivity
  • Ensure content assets are approved, formatted, and delivered on time

Campaign Coordination & Execution:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimising digital campaigns across our website and socials for our core brands
  • Coordinate ad creatives, copy, and targeting specifications
  • Produce, schedule, and publish relevant posts
  • Monitor performance metrics & report on results

Content & SEO Support:

  • Help maintain editorial calendar for blog posts, emails, and social media etc
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with copywriters/designers to ensure content aligns with SEO guidelines

Social Media Management:

  • Schedule and publish posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc)
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement metrics
  • Identify trending topics and suggest creative content ideas

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics, SemRush and internal dashboards to track website traffic, conversions, and user behaviour
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations

Brand & Voice:

  • Regularly provide recommendations to team members for suitable posts and deliver authorised collateral for sharing

Administrative & Collaborative Tasks:

  • Maintain a centralised asset library (images, copy decks, brand guidelines)
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors for on-time production
  • Assist in organising internal workshops or marketing events/webinars as required

Experience:

  • Marketing (or related) degree
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing multiple brand voices or a complex brand structure is a plus Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with AI tools for content creation, scheduling, or analytics.
