Our client is seeking a Product & Marketing Assistantto join their team for a period of 12 months.
Within this role you'll work closely with technical & marketing tomanage & maintain data relating to company products.
As a Product & Marketing Assistant you will contribute to compliance management, technical documentation, product literature, and marketing collateral, while also supporting cross-functional projects and product launches.
Key Responsibilities

Update and manage internal databasesand document control systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Support Technical and Product Management teams with product data updates, technical specifications, and documentation.

Collate and prepare technical information for internal and customer use.

Assist in the creation and update of product literature, marketing materials, and digital content.

Gather market intelligence and competitor data to support product strategy.

Work collaboratively across departments to ensure product data consistency across all systems and communications.

Support product launches, CRM updates, and internal communication of changes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Recent graduate in Engineering, Business with a technical focus, or a related discipline.

Experience or familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro) preferred.

Knowledge of data integrity management principles, combining accuracy and consistency
This is a hybrid role which will require travel to the companies head office in Alfreton.
