The main purpose of this role is the daily processing of parking fines (Penalty Charge Notices), speeding fines (Notices of Intended Prosecution), toll charges and any other traffic offences. You will be responsible for accurately recording these onto our system for invoicing and reporting purposes and progressing these through all required stages quickly and efficiently. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with external sources (for example with local authorities or private parking companies) and maintain a high standard of communication with customers as well as colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately log all traffic fines and notices onto our internal systems for invoicing and reporting purposes.
  • Progress cases through all required stages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with issuing authorities, debt recovery agencies & police departments
  • Process Licensee copy fines daily
  • Handle daily return to issuer letters
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Answer customer queries via email and telephone
