Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing / decent homes projects
TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to commercially mange a social housing scheme covering EWI, re roofs, windows, solar and more.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement of subcontractors
- Place subcontract orders ensuring best price, quality and compliance
- Order materials for site
- Produce cash flow and revenue forecasts
- Produce a cost budge for each scheme
- Complete monthly CVR's
- Agree variations with the client
About the Company:
- Established main contractor
- Growing business and a market leader in decent homes
- Work includes EWI, re-roofing, windows, Loft insulation, solar panels and air source heat pumps
- Work on many frameworks for local authorities
What We're Looking For:
- Min 5 years' experience working on social housing / decent homes projects with a
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Forward thinking and dynamic
