We’re working with a leading pension services organisation in Chesterfield that’s looking for a talented Systems Developer to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key configuration work on the IntelliPen Pensions Administration platform, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to deliver effective and impactful solutions for members.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Configuring and optimising the IntelliPen system – including workflows, calculations, reporting, payroll integration, and member portal
  • Supporting the day-to-day resolution of incident tickets and platform issues
  • Collaborating with test teams, project leads, and external partners (like Procentia)
  • Providing technical coaching and guidance across the internal systems team
  • Supporting reporting and controls to meet internal standards such as AAF
  • Helping to drive innovation and improvements across pensions systems and processes
 What We're Looking For:Essential:
  • Strong experience with the IntelliPen platform (calculations, workflows, Intellisite, payroll & finance)
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office tools
  • Background in defined benefit pensions systems and technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
  • Experience with BI/MI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Understanding of defined contribution (DC) schemes and AVCs
  • Knowledge of internal control frameworks like AAF
