- Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S standards
- Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality
- Maintain health & safety compliance on-site
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams
- Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges
