Do you have a passion for heritage, leadership, and community impact? Our client is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead their charity into its next chapter.
Our clients run a high-profile Awards programme, Educational Bursaries, and the new Skills Taster Day initiative are at the heart of their mission to support excellence.
As the Chief Executive Officer you will be covering the below with two support staff
- Provide strategic leadership and work closely with Trustees to deliver the Trust’s charitable objectives.
- Events and media organisation.
- Lead fundraising and development, with a proven track record of securing high income annually.
- Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including funders, sponsors, local authorities, and specialist organisations.
- Deliver impactful programmes and events across Sussex, including the Trust Awards and Biennial Fundraising Dinner.
- Champion education and skills development, particularly in traditional techniques.
We are looking for someone with:
 Senior leadership experience in the heritage, cultural, or charitable sectors.
- Proven experience in fundraising, partnership development, and organisational leadership.
- The ability to inspire, engage, and influence at all levels
