We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a newly secured project in Chichester.
The scheme is approx 100 million and is a new high tech manufacturing facility.
You will be based on site as part of the wider commercial team and you and will be responsible for procuring packages, overseeing the management of subcontractors, and set up the procedures for payments, valuations, remeasures, subcontractor engagement and pre-start meetings, chair client meetings, manage the variation account, manage CVR's and other internal reporting metrics all the way through to final account.
