What are looking for
Previous experience in complex care is a strong advantage, but not essential - full training and support will be provided.A compassionate, patient-centred approach.
Commitment to maintaining dignity and respect for all clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
Reliable, flexible, and confident in managing challenging situations.
