As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the 24/7 home care service.
- You will NOT hold the CQC registration in this role.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated care professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
