We are seeking a Head of Marketing with solid B2B experience in the construction industry, adept in both traditional and digital marketing channels. This role is crucial for leading marketing efforts not only in the UK but also expanding into European markets.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Devise and implement short and long-term marketing strategies to enhance the brand's presence and market penetration.
  • Plan and execute multiple marketing initiatives across various platforms including digital and traditional media.
  • Oversee content creation including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Manage SEO and SEM to optimize brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Analyse and report on marketing campaigns' performance, assessing ROI and KPIs to refine strategies.
  • Develop and maintain marketing automation infrastructure to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy implementation.
  • Manage social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing activities to engage with different demographics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
