What You’ll Be Doing
- Teaching a mixed Year 2/3 class, planning and delivering engaging cross-curricular lessons.
- Working closely with the current teacher to ensure smooth and cohesive weekly learning.
- Supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum needs with adaptive teaching strategies.
- Assessing and reporting on pupils' progress, and setting purposeful learning goals.
- Leading a subject area within the school—humanities preferred.
- Participating in wider school life, including trips, clubs, and occasional events.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Confident teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Comfortable with mixed-age classroom strategies.
- Strong interest or background in leading humanities subjects.
- Available for a fixed-term role starting September 2025.
