As Bar & Lounge Manager, youll oversee the hotels elegant bar and lounge areas, leading your team to deliver seamless, five-star service. From afternoon teas to bespoke cocktails, youll create an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the hotels refined setting.

- £34,264 per annum plus circa £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager
- Leading, training, and motivating your bar and lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable standards across all areas
- Developing creative beverage offerings and seasonal cocktail menus
- Managing stock, budgets, and cost control efficiently
- Working closely with senior management to maintain smooth service across the hotel
